Over a period of 25 years he has provided strategic communications counsel and been responsible for implementing national and international advocacy programmes on behalf of Irish State bodies, the European Union, professional bodies, universities, the pharmaceutical Industry, special interest groups and diplomatic representatives in Ireland. He has also provided advocacy and public affairs support for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, and PATH.
