Infusion offers community-based research that provides contextual understanding of complex market phenomena and trends. Headed up by marketing guru Dr Mélani Prinsloo, Infusion offers its clients bespoke market research plus industry and consortium studies.

One of Infusion’s flagship projects is housed in the NPO the Centre for Democratising Information (CDI), and addresses the shortage of detailed information on underdeveloped communities.

We achieve this by training unemployed community members to act as information agents, gathering data for surveys that investigate the context in which people live and make decisions. This rich data helps clients design better studies and gain early insights into these complex yet crucial markets.
