Our work

Stratcona is involved with local (NBA) and international (IMC AG and DEG) partners in a collaboration project to pilot technology-enhanced education for TVET colleges.

The objective of the project is to increase access to and capacity of higher and further education and training in South Africa. A viable e-learning platform to deliver open online content in the form of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) is being introduced on a pilot scale. It also pilots diagnostic testing for students who are not yet ready for further education to evaluate what interventions they require to proceed.
